How did you get interested in Philosophy?
Philosohpy is a subject shunned by most of the people. If one starts talking philosophically he/she is usually avoided by general people.I think philosophy is the most important subject for mankind! So tell us how did you get interested in this usually avoided subject??

Philosophy is idea, vision. It is opinion. It is life and what lies therein. It is dissent and assent and everything that comes in between. Philosophy for me is ... a way of life, rather than a subject.

hmmm....when did you start wondering about the meaning of life, our origin etc. etc. and other philosophical questions? and what triggered it?

Re: How did you get interested in Philosophy?
Philosophy for is all about knowing things all flowing with it.
For example: To me communism did not exist before I completed my +2. But when I came to know or learn, then I became more and more eager to learn about it. Now I feel communism rushing through my vein.
If immense passion or anxiety is inserted by anything, then that thing for u would be philosophy. It can be felt, dreamt or even written in piece of paper.

Re: How did you get interested in Philosophy?
well for me, philosophy is the sincere desire to know "what" i really am It disturbs me whenever i consider the fact that i didn't exist 100 years ago and won't exist 100 years from now. What does it mean to exist?? , to be able to think and judge?? When did I really begin??Am i the same "person" now as i was 10 years ago?? what is it persists through time except memory? It's not that death scares me, but the fact that i was born never having died.

Philosophy elaborates all the inner things which we people never thought of.

While science is knowledge, philosophy is wisdom.
One tells how to cross a road, while other justifies whether or not to cross it.
